Incident logged

I wonder how many of you remember the Iris campaign pre-halo 3, 4 years ago? I certainly do.

I have also wondered for a time on the mysteries presented and mysteries that had not been solved that were produced upon the Iris campaign's ending.

I will now present observable similarities.

This image in particular has intrigued me.

this image seems to directly correlate to various spectral scans of the screen at 7:57 of this video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yygn_vlH5a4

several things to notice:

1.the geometry of the shapes in each still align perfectly (when you discount the bloom of the light in the video, remember that it is the solid shape, not aura, that defines a spectral reading)

for example, it is obvious that each still is shown in the same perspective, seeing a quarter of the planet as a star breaches the horizon as the ship falls to the surface. If you look closely, the ''sun'' appears exactly where the images show the circle emerges. You can also clearly see the red square is at exactly the point where the hull of the ship is, meaning these images are both the same.

2.As these images appear to be spectral images, this is confirmed by the ''space'' arpound the planet being black, representing no energy signiatures. The emerging sun is ''hot'' red, representing a massive heat source at a distance = a star. The planet is interesting as it is shown to be yellow to white, indicating either high temperatures, or more likely massive energy (which would indicate and confirm forerunner surface)

3. This image being shown in Iris, shows that it is an integral part of the halo franchise and is not simply a ''sellout'' of the franchise as many people suggest, but I probably directly planned from the start part of the halo plot. As far as I know, nobody has any explination for these images and I believe understanding the information shown can be very useful and maybe even crucial in understanding what exactly we are looking at in halo 4.

I have had no luck yet figuring out what the symbols stand for... 3 seperate ones suggesting either an explination of 3 different aspects of the image (titling the colour changes) or clues to something.

I remember seeing these Runes throughout the halo series though and are most definately forerunner.

-The terminals seem to have a similar runic design and I believe runes are directly shown to change to letters upon terminal access. I believe I will soon hold the answer to what we see here.
